Less is more: A Haiku Workshop


This workshop introduces contemporary haiku; a deceptively simple poem, employing rich imagery, brevity, juxtaposition of two distinct parts, and an objective awareness of one's surroundings.

This workshop introduces contemporary English-language haiku; a deceptively simple little poem, which employs rich imagery, brevity, juxtaposition of two distinct parts, and an objective awareness of one's surroundings. Participate in writing exercises and try your hand at writing your own haiku.
